What to expect during your KYBELLA® recovery
Your KYBELLA® treatment will be performed by Dr. Karlinsky-Bellini at our cosmetic surgery facility in Bay Harbor Islands, and will take just 15 to 20 minutes to complete. During the KYBELLA® session, multiple injections are done with a tiny needle in specifically marked areas beneath your chin to ensure a smooth and even reduction of submental fat.
After your procedure, you should be able to resume normal activity and return to work by the very next day.
Depending on your unique case, Dr. Karlinsky-Bellini may recommend a series of three to six KYBELLA® sessions at one-month intervals for optimal treatment. KYBELLA® can help to reduce up to 80 percent of the unwanted fat, with the most significant results occurring after your third KYBELLA® treatment session.
